General information

The project consist of designing a module that comprises a lighting body, a control board and a battery.
The module is to be integrated into a table lamp. The goal is offering to lamps designers a functional module with all the optimal technical features allowed by today best current LED and battery technologies.

Project development

The project aims to achieve a flexible product which adapts to different needs, uses and designs while maintaining a core where the optimal management of the battery is central in order to obtain the maximum performance.

• Charging with dedicated power supply, via USB, or standard wireless
• Lamp control via pushbutton, touch or remote control
• LED can be chosen according to color temperature, CRI and power.
• It is possible to define LED optics in order to achieve specific geometry and characteristics of the light beam

Results

The study led to the creation of a high performance, complete and versatile module that is applied in lamps of various shapes and uses.
